Vital Knowledge Refund Policy
Vital Knowledge is a mobile phlebotomy service company that completes orders based on the order placed and received most often from a Doctor and sometimes from Life Insurance agents. The requirements for the requested procedures/collections are pre-determined by the processing labs and Insurance companies, and all collections are completed to meet those requirements.
The fees charged and collected by Vital Knowledge for the mobile phlebotomy services covers a multitude of items: travel time and mileage, materials and documentation, processing of the specimens and the equipment needed for that processing, preparing and packaging the specimen for shipment, and lastly taking the prepared package to the appropriate overnight courier to deliver the specimen(s) as required.
If the end product was completed per the understood written order and requirements and at some point is deemed unacceptable or incorrect, Vital Knowledge will be happy to accept a new order and perform another collection at the published cost. Because Vital Knowledge fulfilled its obligation as originally ordered and approved by the Doctor or Insurance Agent/Company, the original charge will not be refunded.
