If you are a busy care giver, maybe part of the "sandwich" generation, caring for older family members as well as small children. A trip to the doctors office just for labs can be a real problem. Having to pack up everyone is just too much. Vital Knowledge can help!
We will bring the collection service to your home or business just as we do for the insurance industry. We will complete the lab collection, or pick up samples to be delivered to labs.
We can draw any lab with a doctors order. From PRP to basic metabolic profile. A Specimen order form must be filled out and a Doctors Order must be provided for draws to be completed. The Doctors Order can be faxed or emailed.
Therapeutic phlebotomy is easy and quick. Should your doctor order this , we can come to your home , business, or you are welcome at our office. Clean and efficient, there is never a mess. Disposal is included.

We do not accept insurance. All services are personal pay only. All services must be paid using the payment page on this website prior to draw. A receipt will be given for insurance reimbursement.
